Hi everyone


I realise that some of you may have been contacted or may have contacted us recently to request stall/vendor pitches at the Denaby Miners Gala


If you are interested, would like to enquire or obtain a pitch for the day then please reply making sure that you have provided the relevant information we require to process your application.


Please answer the following questions and we will get back to you once we have concluded positions and availability.


There will be no exclusivity this year for food vendors and we have decided to reflect that in the price for each pitch. â€¨ 


INFORMATION


SPEAKERS WILL BE


ARTHUR SCARGILL

RODNEY BICKERSTAFFE


All stalls and vendors can enter the site from 7.30am until 10.00am


All stalls have to be in position at 10.00am


All stalls ready to trade by 10.30am


Gala official opening will be at 11.00am


There will be a window to leave between 6pm and 7pm


All stalls and vendors who attend the event will be escorted to their pitch and from the site as soon as the events manager gives permission and then only under steward supervision.


Do not leave enter or leave the grass area unless being supervised by a steward.


Do not move any vehicles on the grass area unless escorted by a steward.


Do not leave your rubbish.


We cannot provide equipment. â€¨ â€¨

For stalls that are trading on the day,  we ask for a 10% income of your profit on the day.
